Directions for use | In a casserole, dissolve the “El Mero Mole” brand “Oaxaqueño” mole paste in a small amount of chicken broth, cook over with a low flame and stir frequently for a few minutes to avoid burning. Remove from heat, cover the meat portions with the mole sauce and it is ready to serve. |
